Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.

UNLV has a requirement for its Judy Bayley Theatre Tertiary Chilled Water Pump Replacement project. A. Contractor shall be responsible for containing, collecting, removal and disposal of all of the debris that is generated during the project, in accordance with all state and federal regulations. B. Contractor shall perform demolition and installation according to attached plans by Harris Consulting Engineers. No deviations from plans will be accepted. C. Plans are provided to help identify sizing, location and POC connection points. D. Contractor shall demo and remove equipment, electrical and mechanical systems no longer in use: existing heat exchanger and pumps, bypass valves, piping, electrical conduit & wire. Concrete inertia bases for pumps to remain in place. E. Contractor shall install new vertical inline pumps (n+1 config) with incorporated variable frequency drive (capable of networked or stand-alone control). F. Contractor shall provide and install Belimo Energy valves for both the JBT and Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall piping systems. G. Contractor shall ensure new piping matches existing piping
