University Reserves the Right, at Its Sole Discretion, to Judge as to Whether the Bid Meets Specifications University Reserves the Right to Take Delivery Into Consideration During Award if It Is in the Best Interest of the University. Bidders to Provide Pricing for the Following Line Items: 493-09 1 Vacuum Ion Pumping System Composed of Ion Pump and Magnet, 80 Each Ion Pump Controller, and Ion Pump High Voltage Cable Per The Specifications in the Attached Document Titled Itb No. 01901127-mpmkj Product Specification Sheet. 962-86 2 Delivery Charges Each Bidder Must Submit the Following With Their Bid: A) Signed and Completed University Bid Invitation Form. B) Detailed Specification Data Sheet(S) for Each Part Number With Pricing. Data Sheets Should Include Drawings, Dimensions, and Photographs. Include a Statement of the 120 Vac Power Consumption of an Ion Pump System (a Single Pump and Controller) at Both Peak Power Consumption and in Nominal Operation.The Measure of Power Consumption Can Be Either Amps Drawn From the 120 Vac Supply or Watts Delivered From the 120 Vac Supply. Include Clarification on Ion Pump Controller Option Provided (Ref. Section 4.2,f). Note: University Bid Invitation Form Must Be Signed in Pen.Digital Signatures on the Bid Form Are Not Allowed.Bidder Must Enter the Unit Price and Extension Total for Line Items #1 and #2 on the Bid Form. Failure to Submit the Items Listed Above May Result in Disqualification of the Vendors Bid.
