The project consists of the removal and replacement of one timber pedestrian bridge near Buck Griffin Lake in Port St. Joe. The bid will also include an alternate for a metal pedestrian bridge.\ The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Completion date for this project will be 30 days for Substantial Completion and 45 days for Final completion from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day.
