The successful bidder will be required to execute Contract and to provide Contract Surety in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount for performance, and a bond in the amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount guaranteeing the payment of all labor, materials, etc. Rights to waive any formality in any proposed guarantee, to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to such extent as may be necessary, are reserved. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
