The County of Bergen requests that you submit all pages of the response on a CD in addition to the original and 2 (two) printed copies. If a spreadsheet is requested it can be included on the same CD in a separate file in excel format. Request For Information (RFI) Deadline: All RFI must be submitted to Gerald Reiner, Purchasing Agent, in writing via e-mail to greiner@co.bergen.nj.us no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday April 8th, 2019 Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bidders contract. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website, as well as in accordance with 40A:11-23c. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. I Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
