The project consists of the following major items for the existing track improvements: 1. Demolition/removal of existing concrete walk, asphalt and various track & field events. 2. Demolition/removal of existing chain-link fencing and gates. 3. Removal and/or trimming of existing trees/vegetation. 4. Minor earth grading around track & field area. 5. Installation of new track surface, concrete edging and other track & field events. 6. Installation of new concrete walk and asphalt apron with gravel for conex storage containers. 7. Installation of new chain-link fencing and gates. 8. Installation of new landscaping, grassing and Bermuda sod. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders.
