For establishing unit prices for Lane County Department of Public Works Asphaltic Mix Patching Material needs during the period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. Materials will include various asphalt concrete pavements and emulsified asphalt for tack coat in accordance with the general provisions and the specifications. A portion of the bidding information is available through electronically. This project is not for a public work and prevailing wage rates under state or federal law are not required. All bidders must be "Equal Opportunity Employers" and comply with the appropriate provisions of state and federal law. All bidders shall be required to comply with ORS 656.017 regarding worker's compensation, unless they meet the requirements for an exemption under ORS 656.126. Contractor will be required to meet the highest standards in the industry in the performance of work under any contract awarded. Contractors shall use recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the contract work set forth in this document. Lane County may cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
