The work to be performed under these Special Provisions includes furnishing and installing all necessary equipment and material for the replacement of vehicle and pedestrian displays and traffic signal modifications as indicated in these Special Provisions and Plan Sheets. For use with City of Sacramento Standard Specifications for Public Construction dated June, 2007, Davis Bacon Wage Rates dated April 14, 2014 or State of California Prevailing Wage Rates (Higher Rate Prevails) and Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates.Bidders are advised that, as required by federal law, the City of Sacramento is implementing new Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements for Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). The project specific DBE Goal is 10%. License Requirements A and C-10 Online Q and A : Yes Q and A Cutoff Date :April 17, 2019 5:00 PM (Pacific) Liquidated Damages: $1,500 per working day Project Duration: 30 working days Bid bond: 10.0%
