* * As of 05/07/2019 The project hasn't been awarded yet. A timeline for award is not yet established. Work includes installing approximately 46 residential service lines from Owner-installed corporation stops tapped into an existing water main and reconnecting into existing customer service lines near the property line; installation of curb ramps at intersection corners; and removing brick and installing paving materials within approximately 1,100 feet length of City street. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternative bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders must comply with all requirements in the Instructions to Bidders, which includes furnishing Bid security and proof of qualifications to perform the Work; and requirements for the use of Ohio Water Supply Revolving Loan Account funds. Minimum prevailing wage rates shall be paid according to the Contract Documents and Federal and State laws. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs).
