Renovation of a transportation facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project will include TSA's Explosive Detection Scanning (EDS) machine recapitalization to reduce the existing 8 EDS devices to 3 or 4; as well as reconfigure the Checked Baggage Inspection System / Checked Baggage Resolution Area to allow additional passenger queuing space serving Terminal A of George W. Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The qualified firm will provide construction services to comply with current TSA standards. All firms interested in responding should obtain a copy of the ITB that contains detailed information concerning submittal requirements. The DBE goal for this project is: 19%
