Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

for miscellaneous modifications to modular classroom units at the temporary campus of the Pinehurst Elementary School. This project will be bid and awarded in accordance with G.S143-128 and G.S. 143-129. Work of the Project includes the design for the sanitary waste piping in the crawl space of eight multi-classroom modular buildings, connecting all fixtures to the site sanitary waste system, as well as the domestic water service from the site to building connection. Additionally, scope includes providing power for each of the (8) modular units. Each unit shall be provided with Main distribution panel with power to panels located on each section of the modular units. The (8) modular units shall be provided with fire alarm systems fed from (1) FACP located in the Admin modular unit. The scope also includes signage for the temporary campus.
