Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,395-square-foot municipal facility; for the addition of a 6,320-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The City of Frisco is accepting proposals for the adaptive reuse of the previous senior center that will become a court facility. Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov prior to: June 2, 2020 @ 4:00PM CDT Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with the attached City specifications and the General Conditions of Bidding attached hereto. Each proposer is required to fill in every blank; failure to do so may be used as a basis for rejection of a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City. BONDING REQUIREMENTS Proposals must be accompanied by a cashiers check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price, as a guarantee that the Proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). A five percent (5%) BID BOND or CASHIERS CHECK must be submitted with the proposal package. Project location: 6670 Moore Street, Frisco, Texas 75034
