Question Submission Close Date: 4/15/2019 3:00 PM MDT If you need more information on this event, please contact: Alex Alford aalford@utah.gov Only General Contractors Pre-qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Complete replacement of the existing roof structure. The Rush Valley Salt building does not have a physical addres. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 (which is now required by DFCM), shall accompany the bid submission and uploaded . Liquidated Damages: $ 250 per day. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid through, the BID is Nonresponsive. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
