Marks Elementary School project and is soliciting subcontractor bids. The project consists a new 82,500 sf elementary school with renovations to another 10,000 sf of existing buildings. The work includes site development, building demolition, storm piping, utilities, paving, landscape and irrigation, Fencing, cast in place concrete slabs, tilt wall panels, CMU, structural and miscellaneous steel, damproofing and caulking, membrane roofing, doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, drywall partitions, insulation, acoustical ceilings, flooring including carpet, ceramic tile quarry tile, LVT and epoxy, painting, marker boards, signage, toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, aluminum walkway covers, food service equipment, projector screens, stage curtains, pre-engineered metal building, window blinds, bike racks, manufactured casework, elevator, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, chilled water HVAC system, electrical.
