As of May 7, 2019, the city staff will make a recommendation at the May 22nd city council meeting. The City of Shenandoah (City) seeks bidders (Contractor), in its desire to provide purchase and construction of a 210,000 gallon ground storage tank (GST) for drinking water storage. Proposals for service are to include, but are not limited to: Preparation of site for installation of GST. Installation of Factory Powder Coated Bolted Steel water storage tank Bolted steel storage tank must conform to the requirements of American Water Works Association (AWWA) D103-09 Standard for Factory-Coated Bolted Carbon Steel Tanks for Water Storage. Connect to existing piping, provide proper disinfection, and make ready for full use. 1 year warranty against defects.
