Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Development of Whisper Point Park located at 9125 Bridgewood Drive in West Des Moines. The improvements to generally include EARTHWORK including excavation and subgrade prep; UTILITY SERVICE including sanitary, storm sewer, water service, and electrical hookup; CONSTRUCTION of a 2-5 and 5-12 age playground, restroom, and concrete walks; WATER QUALITY measures including installation of a bioretention basin; SITEWORK including boulder retaining walls, turf seeding, native grass seeding and erosion control measures. Project to also include a BID ALTERNATE for a wood viewing deck plus associated abutment and concrete walk. All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary for these and other associated items.
