InnServices is soliciting Requests for Pre-qualification from those Proponents interested in being considered as Pre-qualified to undertake the Works. The purpose of this RFPQ is to obtain submissions from tertiary membrane system suppliers to determine which Proponents are qualified, in the opinion of InnServices, to undertake the design and supply of a tertiary ultrafiltration membrane system for the Lakeshore Waster Water Control Plant (LS WWCP) expansion. From the list of qualified Proponents, InnServices will generate a short-list of Proponents and invite only those in the short-list to participate in the subsequent Call for Bid process. It is the intent of InnServices to short-list a maximum of up to five (5) Proponents. For the purpose of this RFPQ, the Town of Innisfil's Purchasing Services division will be conducting the solicitation process as an agent, on behalf of InnServices Utilities Inc.
