Question Deadline: Tue Apr 23, 2019 12:00:00 PM (EDT) The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: Replacement of Structure (098310) Concrete Box Culvert, Replacement of Structure (098315) Concrete Box Culvert, Associated road works and drainage improvements. This contract utilizes the "Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document" (Revision 19) which forms the specification documents excepting the "Special Instruction to Bidders, Form of Tender and Supplementary Special Provisions".All bidders must establish a Bidding System account and be registered as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity, which will enable the bidder to receive addenda email notifications, and download addenda. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the amount of $100,000.00. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
