Site work for a water / sewer project in Farmers Branch, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Main Replacement and associated items. For the purposes of furnishing labor, materials,and all other associated items to ensure the performance of all work required in the construction of the Oakbrook on Brookhaven Water Main Replacement and retained by Excel Association Management, Inc. for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Scope of work includes removal of asphalt and concrete pavement, replacement of water mains, water services, wastewater services, replacement of concrete pavement, and replacement of removed asphalt pavement with flexible base material and construction erosion control. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act a Surety and acceptable (according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of approval by the State Board of Insurance under 7.19-1 of the Texas Insurance Code). The successful bidder must also be able to show evidence that it is authorized to do business in the State of Texas prior to executing the contract.
