Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362 The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. Work generally includes exterior improvements; installation of shade structures, fitness equipment, exterior court, lighting, paving, site walls and landscaping and interior tenant improvements; electrical, plumbing, kitchen and restroom fixtures, flooring, walls, doors, lighting and paint. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on the form included in the Contract Documents, cash, or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish CRPD with requisite insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds on the forms included in the contract documents equal to 100% of the Contract Price Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following classification(s) of contractor's license(s), throughout the duration of the Contract: Class A or B. The successful bidder will be required to complete all work within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, with work to first commence on restroom scope at both centers and be completed within the first thirty (30) calendar days on the total one hundred twenty (120) calendar days For further information, contact Andrew Mooney amooney@crpd.org. THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF DEMOLITION OF EXISTING HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES AND LANDSCAPE PLANTERS TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW IMPROVEMENTS. NEW IMPROVEMENTS WILL GENERALLY INCLUDE DECORATIVE CONCRETE FLATWORK, LOW SITE WALLS, LIGHTING, LANDSCAPING, RAMPS, STAIRS, AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS ALL IMPROVEMENTS SHALL MEET THE 2019 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE & 2010 ADA ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING BARRIER FREE ACCESSIBLE ROUTES INTERIOR KITCHEN REMODEL AND BATHROOM REMODEL OF THE TEEN CENTER, AND INTERIOR BATHROOM REMODEL OF THE GOEBEL ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER BUSINESS SHALL REMAIN OPEN/ACCESSIBLE DURING CONSTRUCTION DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS The general scope of Work shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Measure airflow rates of HVAC systems and make adjustments to achieve design airflow rates, tabulate results, and submit reports. 2. Measure sound levels in each conditioned space, tabulate results, and submit reports. 3. Measure ambient sound levels of outdoor HVAC units and system components such as chillers and cooling towers, tabulate results, and submit reports. 6. Reports shall contain sufficient data for the system designer to evaluate system performance and solve installation problems such as system pressure profiles and pressure drops across system components
