The City of Ashland through its City Manager, reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. PART 1 - GENERAL The Following Project Consists Of The Rehabilitation Of Sanitary And Combined Sewers Ranging From 6" To 24" Pipe Sizes Located Along/Inside Various Streets In The City OfAshland, Ky., Utilizing Cured In Place Pipe Lining. 1.01 WORK INCLUDED A. The Following Work Items Are Included In The Contract, But Not Limited To: 1. Mobilization 2. Pre-Cleaning CCTV Inspection 3. Cleaning and Root Removal 4. Installation of Various Sized Pipe Linings 5. Reconnection of Existing Service Laterals (Cutout Liner) 6. Post Lining CCTV Inspection 7. Removal of Protruding Taps, Line Obstructions, Brick Fragments, etc. 8. Point Repairs 9. By-pass Pumping 10. Clean-up 11. Demobilization The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for completion of the Project. The Contract Documents are intended to provide the basis for proper completion of the work suitable for the intended use of the Owner. Anything not expressly set forth but which is reasonably implied or necessary for proper performance of the Project shall be included.
