Site work for a water / sewer project in Minneapolis, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary sewer improvements to include approximately 1,090 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer Pipe, 138 LF of 4" PVC gravity sewer pipe, 5 Ea - 4' diameter sanitary sewer manholes, connection to the existing sanitary system, connections to the existing shop building, 1500 gallon sand/oil separator and appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informatlities and/or to reject all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to conditions provided in the information to Bidders. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the owner for 5% of the total amount of the bid. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
