The County of Sacramento Waste Mangement and Recycling Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors for on-call hauling of leachate generated from the County's Kiefer Landfill. The leachate shall be hauled to one of two locations for disposal: (1) the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWTP), located at 8521 Laguna Station Road, Elk Grove, or (2) Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) manhole 340-209-1009, located on Sunco Drive in Rancho Cordova. Required Submittals - Appendices: C, F, H, I, Q and R. The last day to submit questions through Public Purchase is Thursday, April 18 at 3:00 pm PDT. Public Bid Opening: As soon as possible after the date and time specified by the Request for Bid, pricing information will made public to all bidders. The responses will remain sealed during the bid evaluation period, and will be made available for public inspection upon notice of bid award. The County reserves the right to award to multiple contractors based on the project needs. This bid award will be determined by the lowest pricing that meets the bid specifications. Bid responses will be considered valid for a period of 180 days after bid closing date above. Note: All specifications, terms and conditions of this request will apply to any resulting order.
