Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Throop, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bid documents are still the same, The only changes is the 10% bid bond. Throop Borough Civic Center Roof Replacement Throop Borough is accepting bids to install a new asphalt shingle roof on the Throop Borough Civic Center. The work consists of tearing off the current asphalt shingle roof and installing a 30 year architectural shingle roof plus all required roof deck protection vents, drip edges, ice and water barriers, ridge caps, and to repair deterioration, if any, on existing roof deck. The envelope containing the bid must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as "2019 Throop Civic Center Roof Replacement Bid" with the envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. Telegraphic, facsimile or electronic (e-mail) proposals or modifications to proposals will not be considered.
