Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date Bids must be submitted on the City Bid Forms. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include replacement and repair of concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons, curb and gutter, and all appurtenant work. The Project is located at various locations throughout the City of Thousand Oaks, CA The City shall award the Contract for the Work to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined from the: Base Bid Alone by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
