Truman Blvd. at Sandfort Creek in St. Charles County. Contractor must be a MoDOT prime contractor and/or complete the Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. If contractor does not have an annual paper bid bond on file with MoDOT, please mail bid bond with your solicitation documents prior to bid end date.
