This project will develop a new campus for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services with the relocation of DHHS functions currently located on the Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Phase I project will consist of 440,000 GSF of high-rise office space in at least two buildings, a structured parking deck, and a central energy plant. The project includes associated site and utility infrastructure to serve the new buildings, the structured parking deck, and the campus site. The site of this project is approximately 34.85 acres of State-owned property currently assigned to the NC Department of Administration.
