The NC Department of Administration seeks the professional services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to join the team in the schematic design phase to provide Preconstruction Services for the project through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document Phases as approved by the NC Office of State Construction. This project will develop a new campus for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services with the relocation of DHHS functions currently located on the Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Phase I project will consist of 440,000 GSF of high-rise office space in at least two buildings, a structured parking deck, and a central energy plant. The project includes associated site and utility infrastructure to serve the new buildings, the structured parking deck, and the campus site. The site of this project is approximately 34.85 acres of State-owned property currently assigned to the NC Department of Administration. The site is located on Blue Ridge Road between Reedy Creek Road and District Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina A phased occupancy of the project by DHHS is anticipated with the project fully complete and occupied by March 31, 2025.
