Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Duchesne, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
*As of April 18, 2019, all trades are let but a construction start date has not been set. The construction manager is awaiting a response from the owner as to which projects they will move forward with. Westland Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager for Duchesne County School District, is requesting bids for the DCSD Secure Entries Project in accordance with plans, specifications and bid documents as prepared by KMA Architects. This project consists of re-working the entries at 10 schools in order to make these entries more secure for the students and staff. Questions regarding scope of work, trade coordination and bidding can be directed to Christian Wagner at Westland Construction (cwagner@westlandconstruction.com) or Scott Lloyd at Kevin Madson and Associates (slloyd@kmaarchitects.com). Please have all questions in no later than Friday, April 5th. A construction schedule has been provided in the specifications. All addendum will be posted to our webiste and is the subcontractors responsibility to review all addendum. Please indicate receipt of all addendum on the bid form. This project is TAX EXEMPT. This project's timeline will occur starting as soon as April 2019 and go through as late as August 2019.
