The Work shall be substantially completed within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed ("Substantial Completion"), and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the Contract Documents within Three Hundred Ninety Five (395) calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed ("Final Completion") with Punch list. The City of Miami Springs is seeking proposals from qualified contractors (herein referred to as "Proposer's") Certified in Green Building Best Maintenance Practices for engagement to perform Construction of a New Senior Center/Multi-purpose Facility. Including the provision of all personnel/labor, supervision, equipment, and any other materials necessary for the complete construction of the facility in accordance with the following specifications. Any and all products utilized throughout the facility in the performance of successful Bidder's responsibilities shall be Green Certified Products of highest quality to effectively perform all duties. Failure to provide products or other materials of a quality previously approved by the City may be deemed insufficient by the Project Manager and shall be replaced by other approved product(s) when required. The project consists of the demolition of the existing senior center and construction of a new facility and parking lot on the west end of the site located at 101 Apache Street (Building address is 343 Payne Drive.
