Renovation of a military facility in Marana, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project involves the replacement of the acoustical ceiling tiles and grid in all of the dorm rooms, hallways, classrooms, offices, and command section. Work will include painting, replacement of dorm room fan motors, and the replacement of all 2x4 lay-in lights and cannister lights with new LED lay-in fixtures as per the Scope of Work Trades Required: Construction Cleaning, Selective Interior Demolition, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, HVAC, Electrical.
