Renovation of a residential development in Woodlyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Delaware County Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for the replacement of (2) Electrical Transformers, in the Kinder Park Midrise complex. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is part of a competitive procurement process, which will serve the Housing Authority's best interests and provide firms with a fair opportunity for their service to be considered. The intent of this process is to enter into competitive negotiations with price and experience to be determining factors. This contract will adhere to Federal Davis Bacon Wage requirements. Bid Bond- 5% required ,Performance Bond- 100%required his RFP states the instructions for submitting Proposals, the procedure and criteria by which a firm may be selected, and general contractual terms and requirements Delaware County Housing Authority will include in any resulting contract. All questions must be submitted online. All responses to questions will be posted online. Delaware County Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all portions of any bid or proposal submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any bid or proposal, and to make the award(s) in the best interest of DCHA. Upgrade and install (2) new Electrical Transformers (1) for the 1847 Constitution Avenue Mid-Rise building and (1) for the 1855 Constitution Mid-Rise building.
