The work can be summarily described as follows, without being limited to it: a) commissioning and functional testing of mechanical, electrical and control equipment; b) cold and hot alignment of all blowers; c) commissioning and testing of blowers; d) vibration analysis and performance reports; e) functional and performance tests of process mechanical equipment and their controls. f) continuous testing and calibration according to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer; g) presentation of equipment service manuals; h) assistance during the commissioning of equipment, during tests and instructions to operating personnel. (contract 6000-16-071D-01) . The City of Trois-Rivières does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders received or any of them. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligations for the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
