As of 05/22/2019 Winning Bid: $345,704.75 The major estimated quantities of work include: Common Excavation: 1,050 CY Gravel Base: 1,550 TON Bituminous Mixture: 660 TON Curb and Gutter: 550 LF Water Main: 615 LF Sanitary Sewer 601 LF Storm Sewer 233 LF A cash deposit, bidder's bond, cashier or certified check in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each proposal made payable to the City of Willmar, Minnesota, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the City of Willmar.
