Site work for a water / sewer project in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of the contract is for the construction of M121-00-00 Channel Pipeline Relocation Plans. Work Includes placement and removal of SWPPP features, clearing and grubbing of existing channel slopes and pipeline areas, demolition of existing pipelines in the channel ROW, removal and relocation of 189 LF of public 12" waterline and 383 LF of public 6" gas lines, removal of 13,275 LF of abandoned 1 to 14-inch pipelines, removal and relocation of 3,785 LF of Natural Gas, Crude Oil and Saltwater Pipelines with 6 to 16-inch steel casings, Manholes over 30" Sanitary Sewer, Homestead Utility Removal, 3 Water Well Abandonments, and appurtenances for all above items. Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany the BID. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
