Addition to a water / sewer project in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a water pump station.
The project will consist of the installation of approximately 5,250 LF of 10" diameter gravity sewer from an existing 10" sewer south of Red Oak Tree Drive north to the existing #3 pump station on West Academy Street, twenty-six (26) 4', 5' and 6' diameter manholes, four (4) bore and jacks under Red Oak Tree Drive, Sequoia Ridge Drive, Judd Parkway and Norfolk Southern Railroad and a add- alternate for the demolition of the existing #3 pump station. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Town of Fuquay-Varina. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed.
