The scope of work includes removal and installation of structural steel and concrete decking, new roofing and paver systems, windows, doors, and metal railings. Minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing revisions are included to accommodate the renovation/repair work. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. The Award may be made to the most responsible bidder whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of District, and deemed to best serve the Districts needs and requirements, based on the evaluation of all information provided. The award shall be made by best value, and must be in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection for waiver is in the interest of the District. Each Bidder is required to complete the attached SITE INVESTIGATION CERTIFICATION, DOCUMENT.
