Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westminster, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,816-square-foot educational facility.
As of March 28, 2022, Mandalay Middle School was awarded to Golden Triangle Construction, Inc., no awarded amount available. Awaiting for decision on awarding Warder Elementary School. Plans call for interior & exterior improvements at Mandalay Middle School & Warder Elementary School. The owner has determined an invited list of general contractors. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-4-2022. Note from Golden Triangle Construction: Please note that per Addendum 2 Mandalay and Warder are being bid and awarded as 2 separate individual projects, please have different quotes for each projects. Also please be sure to breakout pricing for Alternate 1 for each project which is the Security Vestibule / Admin Area remodels for each project.
