The Governing Board of the Yuma Union High School District No. 70 (the District), Yuma, Arizona, invites the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction-Manager-at-Risk for Somerton High School from qualified firms and registrants (Respondents). All responses will be subject to all requirements specified in the Request for Qualifications package (the RFQ). Any Proposal modifications or withdrawals arriving at the Purchasing Office after the time and date scheduled for delivery will not be considered, unless the Proposal modification or withdrawal would have been timely received but for the action or inaction of the District personnel and is received before contract award. All information and Proposals submitted will be made available for public inspection following the award of a contract, except that portion of a Proposal that a Respondent has so identified, and the District concurs, will remain confidential from and after the time of Proposal opening. A Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked Request for Qualifications for Construction-Manager-at-Risk for Somerton High School RFQ-70-21-10-5, Submitted by [Respondent name]. One (1) original and seven (7) copies of the RFQ should be submitted, with the original clearly so labeled.
