Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 11, 2019, this project is still in design. A firm timeline for construction has not been obtained. Urban Partnerships Community Development Corporation, UP C DC is requesting information from qualified design build professional service teams, DB Team, to provide design, permitting, architectural, engineering, construction documents and construction of to renovate the existing light industrial building located at 6501 Navigation Blvd. The work for the project by the DB Team will be conducted under the AIA 141 - 2014 agreement under two phases: Phase I -Design and Permitting; and Phase II - Construction. The immediate goal of this RFQ is to contract the lead firm to design and permit the proposed light industrial renovation. Phase II will include a stipulated sum price to be determined after Phase I is complete. Contract will include state and federal requirements and associated reporting as well.
