The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the rehabilitation of approximately 470 lineal feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer, 305 lineal feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer, and 1,295 lineal feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer through CIPP lining, 85 customer service reinstatements, and other necessary appertaining work. The estimated construction cost is $196,000.00 as of April 2019. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed within 30 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Lake County and the City of Painesville, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.
