The project will be bid as a Base Bid project, with Bid Additives. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. The M/WBE goals for this project are 4% MBE and 5% WBE measured as a percentage of the contract award. The project is sales tax exempt.
