Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing grit removal system and associated appurtenances; fabrication and installation of a new grit removal system with associated appurtenances; replacement of metal walkways, steps, and door; installation of new framing and grating at existing channel; temporary sewer bypass; and incidental electrical work.
