The Cheltenham School District Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the Cheltenham High School Media Center Renovations and Roof Replacement in Wyncote, PA Bids must be accompanied with all documentation as required by the Instructions to Bidders and Bid Form, If, however, a certified check is being used as bid security, the certified check must be delivered to the District (2000 Ashbourne Road, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania 19027) in a sealed opaque envelope marked with the bidder's name, project name, contract name, and bid opening date Bids must remain in force for sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds each in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via electronically The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the Cheltenham School District. This project is subject to the provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Act 442 as amended.
