Removal and replacement of existing shelter at Kiwanis Park (3101 Maple St) located in West Des Moines. The project to include removal of existing wood shelter, removal of concrete pad and sidewalk (1,053 SF), installation of new steel shelter and associated concrete footings and new concrete sidewalk and shelter pad (811 SF). Project includes an add-alternate for installation of approximately 105 LF of 4' high decorative steel fence.
