The Request for Proposal is for the construction of a 6 bedroom fully accessible sprinklered detached residential B3 building to be used as a residential home for individuals with deafblindness, located at 1670 Devine Road. in Vars (Ottawa) Ontario. Prepare building site, build a new, one-storey plus basement 269 m2/GFA 524 m2, B3 occupancy bungalow. The bungalow is comprised of (but not limited to), on the main level, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, combined living room and dinning room, kitchen, workspace, laundry room and storage area.
