Area B Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation. The major items of work include: Rehabilitation of main sanitary sewer line and lateral connection by lateral seal installation, including cleaning pre- and post-television inspection and root removal. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 102 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
