The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 16,600 L F Remove Curb & Gutter 4,850 C Y Excavation - Common 49,200 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 98,400 S Y Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (4;C) 2.0" Thick 49,200 S Y Type SP 12.5 Non Wearing Course Mix (4;C) 2.0" Thick 16,300 S F 3" Concrete Walk 85,000 S F 2.5" Bituminous Walk 250 S F Truncated Domes 8,300 S Y Sodding Type Lawn The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Maple Grove shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
