Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of an influent pump station and headworks; 5 MGD biological nutrient removal (BNR) treatment trains; new final clarifier effluent filtration; UV disinfection; flow measurement; non-potable water system; chemical feed systems; addition to the Public Works Operations Buildings to serve as laboratory/office space; site grading and drainage improvements, including maintenance of the existing flood protection berm; three (3) new electrical buildings; two (2) standby generators; instrumentation, controls and SCADA; and site access/security systems. The Owner's Budget for the Project is approximately $35,000,000 to $40,000,000. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before approximately November 30, 2021. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment within 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. QA Expiration Date has changed from 9/9/2019 12:00:00 PM CST to 9/20/2019 12:00:00 PM CST
