**The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The project consists of a new replacement for Sacajawea Middle School (approximately 140,000 SF) on the current Sacajawea Middle School campus. Students will be onsite during construction and laydown and staging areas will be limited. New building construction will begin no later than March 15, 2022 and be substantially complete no later than July 29, 2023. Exterior improvements and landscaping substantially complete no later than October 31, 2023.
